1. Fixes IG NAT detection.
2. Fixes port mapping with NATs that don't properly detect port mapping conflicts.
3. Keep addresses for 2 minutes to make the DHT work more reliably (needed due to the whole dial queue thing).
4. Use a buffer pool in the relay.
